@OVOEnergy you say that complaints will be responded to in 48 hours. You responded saying my account was blocked for engineers. Thanks. No option but to raise a complaint with your CEO and it's now been 5 days. Why say 48 hours if you don't mean it?

@easyJet I'm not an impatient person. But blaming Monday's unplanned pan-European excursion on weather when that wasn't the issue is pretty shocking. Of the multiple planes you shafted me from, the last one flew 5 hours late because it needed repair (which it didn't get 😱).
