I am happy that reviewer n3 cannot imagine a reality where people need CVCs and there is no ultrasound. Life can be better with more resources. Congratulations to the authors and all our fellow colleagues who battle to deliver the best possible care wherever it is needed.

@itsnot_pink Julia, patients with other germline mutations such as RAD51c might be responders to PARP inhibition. Unfortunately there is no hint yet that somatic mutations will be good biomarkers for PARPi response. Excluding HER2+ patients is actually a matter of simplifying study design...
