Arrancamos la agenda en Francia con los premios V d'Or, que cada año reconocen aquellas iniciativas que abordan de forma creativa los desafíos del mundo del vino y los licores. En esta edición, el primer premio de la noche, de los cuatro que se entregan, fue para una bodega mendocina. Mis felicitaciones a @LauraCatena por el V d'Or a la mejor sostenibilidad. Es un honor poder estar acompañándolos. Es muy valioso que empresas mendocinas sean distinguidas por su compromiso con la innovación y la sostenibilidad, aportando soluciones concretas a los desafíos ambientales del sector vitivinícola.
