State AG's are bringing cases in front of partisan judges for rulings that are unconstitutional. They lack standing. How does a judge ruling for a state get to undermine the executive branch? Having a judge rule on whether or not the secretary of the treasury can even see data in the treasury is attempting to throw out an election A judge forcing a president to keep old data and information on websites from the previous administration is attempting to overrule an election

I'm saying it should be on a state by state basis If you raise the minimum wage to a set ammount like 15 bucks an hour that is a great wage in Alabama but will kill businesses And it's not enough to survive in California Understand? Instead any company who has employees that also get welfare food stamps etc. Get their taxes massively increased. Like 90% of their profits going to the government to pay for such benefits How many corporations are going to pay 7.25 an hour if they lose 90% of their profits doing it? Walmart has a roughly 5 billion profit yearly Do you think they'd risk 4.5 billion to pay less, or will they pay a liveable wage and make 4.5 billion in profit that can't be taken away?

They don't need to raise the minimum wage They need to tax corporations for 90% ofbtheir profit of a portion of their employees are receiving government assistance This will ensure they pay a liveable wage by state instead of a blanket set wage that is to low in half the country and to high in others
