@drsuneet Referring to an electrophysiologist as an “ablationist” is inappropriate and implicates a narrowed prospective. Assuming that nothing other than PVI is useful for atrial fibrillation ignores significant data. Let’s keep our minds open and pursue alternative therapies carefully
