The Baptist project for $957sf that includes in that figure “cardiovascular operating rooms, hybrid operating rooms and 64 ICU beds along with necessary labs and other facilities… the new facility will include multiple cardiac catherization labs, electrophysiology heart labs, and cardiac diagnostic testing areas.”? That’s the apples to apples comparison? One that includes MRI machines, CT scanners, full medical lab? I’m talking facility build cost not turn key heart hospitals including equipment.

“Fake” OKC nearly all my life of 40+ years. Banker financing commercial development and construction projects for the past 25. Residential dev, luxe home builds, CRE office, retail, and medical. When I tell you $600/sf is a joke for a public animal shelter it’s because I know it is. It can be done but you almost have to TRY to spend that much money. What’s your expertise here?

Did you know every hospital facility built in the last decade in OKC was less than $600/sf. Which is the cost of this animal shelter. And tell me more about the input price difference of 30 miles?
