DC has rarely missed on animated Green Lantern adaptions. James Gunn should focus on adapting key GL stories as an animated project rather than a live action one. I need to see an animated Sinestro Corps War movie that’ll capture the true landscape of the Lantern mythos.

Funny how these two pieces of Green Lantern media clear about 95% of DC media in its totality. Green Lantern as a whole is just underrated. I hope James Gunn realizes this and focuses on the GL/Lantern corps for Chapter 1.

I hope James Gunn gives some of the more obscure Lanterns screentime in the upcoming show. Despotellis, a sentient biovirus infected 85% of the inhabited planets within sector 119 killing billions. If this is shown on screen people will grow to respect the Green Lantern mythos

That’s cool and all but this has me worried that Hal will be sidelined for the future. I’m fine with John being the Green Lantern for the JL just don’t kill off Hal. Hal needs to be the Lantern that every Lantern strives to be. Hal should be that guy in the GLC.

Noteworthy names is giving me some serious concern. I trust Gunn I just don’t want the actor to be dam near 60 years old. Cast a youthful good looking guy as Hal who knows how to act cocky and charismatic.
