Come on catchers, BLOCK THE DANG BALL. One knee down, wide lateral blocks, not gonna happen!!! I am all about comfort but you cannot sacrifice mobility. A controlled knee down to frame a low pitch ok I get it but to set up that way is just not effective in my opinion.

Had my first track meet tonight and placed 1st overall out of 61 in the 55 yard dash!!!! Wish I could’ve got a video but unfortunately I didn’t. Pretty good for my first meet, next one is in VA Beach this weekend!!!!!!🔥🔥💪🏻💪🏻 #speedy

@KentMurphy Blocking is almost a thing of the past nowadays. Everyone wants to teach that one knee down technique. I am not a fan as I think it limits a catchers mobility to block a ball laterally. I am all about COMFORT but too many pass balls are classified as wild pitches now. My opinion
