@aeromattsmith It’s about 8ftx6ft and max 2 ft deep. The tall brown plant on the right is lesser reedmace (it’s last years growth that has died off and is yet to grow this year) and there is also yellow flag iris and the bright green is lots of moss. Water mint, water forget me not, bogbean etc

@questionfacts18 The pond is about 8ft x 6ft and max 2ft deep so there is a reasonable volume of water. It gets topped up with rainwater and is in dappled shade so I don’t get a big problem with algae. I don’t have a pump or filter and it generally looks after itself!

@NormaZubickova I dug it about 3 years ago and it has a flexible liner that is well hidden under the vegetation.

@VALERIEMDEAN It’s good here thanks! A nice warm sunny day today and apparently we are getting another one tomorrow. It feels like spring now with lots of bees out and about and everything just starting to grow.

@Boococklouise My camera is from @BirdsyTv. It’s one of their original cameras that a small group of people were using and testing while the company was developing them for sale. They launched on Kickstarter last year and the new cameras are due to go on sale soon.
