I have a friend that was part of the reno team. Interiors. She witnessed horrendous behaviour. Reducing women to tears. Throwing whatever was on hand, in anger. People downing tools, walking out. The budget was exceeded many times. No pleasing her. She enjoyed the power.

Nope. Harry was fully aware of the 2012 agreement to lay off suing Murdoch, in return for an apology to W &H at a later date, H asked The Sun in 2017 for that apology, which they refused. QE2 gave them permission to sue, which William did and got a quiet settlement, H didn't.
