@valeriegale88 That's somewhat how it worked in China before communism. People were encouraged to report each other for saying things against the government amongst other things and then publicly humiliated to break everyone into submission.

Ban extremism in all forms. Provide clean drinking water for everyone. Invest in subsidies for independent farmers. Invest in greenhouses for places with difficult climates and fund research on how to grow bigger, better crops indoors, plant trees, a lot of them. Focus on education, make learning free and easy to access. Revamp the school systems for kids. Implement mandatory mental health screenings and find support initiatives for supportive institutions like rehabilitation centers. Uhh... Ban people from climbing Everest and build robots to withstand the climate and remove all the debris. Fund initiatives to clean rivers, oceans and lakes. Also, even more trees and plants. I would ban as many paper products as possible and force the use of hemp wherever possible, as it is far more sustainable, easy to cultivate and can be used in ways similar to paper. I would also talk to indigenous people from every culture and study how ancient beliefs could benefit a modern world as well as make sure that their cultures are forever protected. I would also protect a lot of land to be used for greenspaces and balancing the air quality. I would analyze and probably think of more things but that is a good start from the top of my head.

Idk can't fight fire with fire. That will probably just agitate which wouldn't be ideal since they already are mad 24/7/365 about 999 trillion things. De-escalation and de-radicalization is probably better. However we would need governments to implement anti extremism policies and bans.

@ztisdale I always try to tell people to think of it like this: Everyone's had that situation where a friend or loved one is dating someone that is really awful and no amount of telling them that will get through to them until they wake up themselves and sometimes they can't ever see it.
