Unsolicited advice for new attending surgeons: you don’t get to complain about how the patient is positioned/draped if you were not available to help when the patient was positioned/draped.
Either do it yourself, teach/tell others how you want it done, or keep your mouth shut.

I trained with several guys who were much shorter/smaller than me. Some of them became hand surgeons.
Some did trauma or joints.
I also knew several guys bigger/taller than me who became hand surgeons.
No correlation between physical size & ability to perform certain surgeries
