The Lady Chargers secured their first win of the season with a 35-19 victory over Christiana. Smith led the team in scoring with 10 points, followed by Benford 9, Huggins and Marable 5 each, Saunders 3, Himelick 2, and Shankle 1. Our next game is Monday at Blackman. @OMS_Chargers

Tough season ending loss in Sectionals to Coffee Co. 29-23. Higgs led the way with 10 pts & 10 rebs. Mullen followed with 8 pts, 13 rebs. Hewitt, Benford-2, Greene-1. It was a great season, we are very proud of this team! They showed lots of resilience & toughness.@OMS_Chargers

Lady Chargers came to play in the semifinals against Stewart’s Creek!There were 9 lead changes, until we took the lead in the 3rd &never looked back. Final score 32-19. Higgs lead the way w/ a double-double, 10 pts and 14 rebs.Mullen w/ 9 pts & 9 rebs, Benford- 6,Hewitt- 5,Cole-2

OMS Lady Chargers ended our regular season with a dub against Central. Never trailing, we finished the game 40-14.Mullen led the way with 14 pts & 5 assists. Higgs was behind her with 8 pts,7 rebs,5 stls. Cole-6, Benford/Hewitt-4,Greene/Smith-2 District Tourney begins next week.

Oakland Lady Chargers played with good effort but couldnt come from behind and pull out a win against MJ. Losing 25-35. Mullen led the way with 11 pts and 8 boards. Benford with 6 pts. Higgs with 4 pts, 7 rebs and 6 stls. Green with 4 pts.

Our first game back in action after the break was a nail biter. Oakland Lady Chargers pulled out a win despite trailing at halftime. Ryleigh Mullen carried the team scoring 25 points and pulling 11 rebounds. Hewitt-3 Benford-2. Final score OMS 30- SCMS 27
