"The spectator hates the man in the arena, because the man in the arena puts to shame his entire existence" - Frame it.
This is something only a loser would say. Yes, asking a girl out and getting rejected is humiliating. So is going to the gym when you're fat and can't do a pushup. So is trying to dance when you don't know how and step on toes. So is doing anything when you suck at it in front of people. You have to start somewhere. As you get better and learn to care less about loser things like what the masses think, it changes. It's embarrassing to approach women until one gives you her number. Until you start getting dates. Until things get physical with those girls. Approaching women then goes from something humiliating to something impressive. Something other guys admire, and something women compliment you on. You begin to understand most women were waiting for a man like you, and the ones who gave you bad reactions were either going through something, or had their own anxiety about dating they were projecting onto you. Either way you find you don't care, because you come to realize the very concept of humiliation requires you to care what lesser people think. It is an optional paradigm you can choose to reject. Losers will always laugh at people who put themselves out there and take risks, because they're afraid of facing life themselves. The spectator hates the man in the arena, because the man in the arena puts to shame his entire existence. You will find people like this in every field of expertise, and if you want to be good at anything, you have to learn to ignore them. Life begins on your edge.

@OhaChemMS That's some crazy setup. Are those coldheads used to reliquify, Helium and Nitrogen gas?

Humankind. I refuse to believe we are inherently bad, it's completely the opposite. That has been shown over and over again. 🤝
Con estas palabras empezó todo: ‘Enseña lo que está pasando aquí de verdad’. Algunas fotos se han compartido mucho, pero aquí está la historia detrás de ellas, junto a material inédito de los días posteriores a la DANA en Valencia. Abro hilo 👇
