How a person leads says a lot about him or her. Being a leader has many layers and looks different on most days. But no matter the day it comes with patience, support, grace, and direction. I will continue to work diligently to grow others. Forever grateful!

Watch them grow!!! Today was a good day! I had the pleasure of seeing two Zone 1 @FCSAssessment cohort members lead the staff at @FeldwoodES through an iReady data dig. We are only 3 weeks in and they have already facilitated 3 PDs . Keep growing and leading!!

August will make 21 years that I graduated from the MOST Magnificent University on the Face of this Earth 🐝 . I’m grateful for the bonds made and experience had at #bamastate. I felt the need to do an impromptu stop to go down memory lane. #myasu

Broke a good sweat, burned some calories, had fun, and most importantly made memories tonight while Dancing Under the Stars with my baby girl at @RES_Royals school dance. PTA went all out - catering, DJ, decorations, and pictures. Definitely a night to remember ❤️🖤

Saturdays are for STEM! I really enjoyed watching Kaylee interact with the students and teachers at @GlobalImpactAc1. She has decided that’s going to be her high school. It was also a plus for me to see several former RMS students (not pictured) growing and glowing 💚🖤💛🖤

As our final year of elementary school is coming to an end, I’m glad we chose @RES_Royals to be OUR place for Kaylee to grow. She’s had the best teachers and her village is amazing. Thank you to Ms. Shaw and Dr. Carver for the brunch. Everything was beautiful 💕

Double duties! You can catch Mr. Willingham coaching teachers or teaching classes. This U.S. History lesson @Banneker_HS hit home for me since I’m Alabama born and raised. Students were discussing events in Selma that I recall my grandad talking about. ❤️
