A word that changed everything for me? "MuditΔ" It means finding joy in others' success. Celebrating when your teammates, friends, and family win as if their victory is your own. In 48 years of baseball, I've learned that the most successful teams aren't just talented. They're united. They lift each other up. Whether it was the 2007 Rockies or the 2013 Pirates, our greatest moments happened when we celebrated each other. Life's not a solo sport. It's a team game.
