Sad news. LTHS Hall of Fame Boys’ Basketball Coach Ron Nikcevich (1969-1994) has passed away. IHSA State Champs 1970 / 3rd Place 1994. 10 WSC Titles. Youth camp pioneer. Beloved teacher. Our deepest condolences to his family and friends. RIP Coach Nik.

Congrats to the Freshmen Boys’ Basketball team on a great season. Frosh A were 22-2 and co-conference champs. Frosh B were 23-1 and outright champs. Both were Thanksgiving and X-Mas tourney champs as well! 45-3 combined record! Keep getting better!

Proud to announce this tweet is about Aidan Sullivan. He got cut as a freshman at LT but then committed himself on and off the floor to making the team as a sophomore at LT and earned it.
We just learned some awesome news! A kid we’ve had for a long time was cut as a freshman. It hurt, but he loved the game & worked even harder this past year & now made the soph team. He just learned a lesson that will change his life. The game teaches those lessons if you let it.
