@gunsnrosesgirl3 They are taking illegal drugs right? They have broken the law and their health is at risk. They need medical care and forced rehab. A safe place to go while drying out, and help with medical problems they may have like chronic pain . After that affordable housing.

Before the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was passed and Affirmative Action measures were taken. Many black people are middle class or higher now.

There used to be a big toy store in New York City called FAO Schwartz. It opened it's first store in 1862 In Baltimore Maryland then moved to New York City in 1870. It was featured in the move Big. It closed to bankruptcy for a while then re opened. They used to have a store in Orlando Florida too but it closed.
