@drp297 Problem with this approach and thinking is it delays and excuses addressing inequality and differential attainment at med school There is minimal difference in those achieving top3 preferences in random allocation vs previous. Focus on ⬇️ attainment barriers and ⬆️ meritocracy.

@MemeRegOnCall @zackferguson Or at least a 4th new respiratory and GIM curriculum to re-map. I must say, the constant re-designs have changed the face of medical education forever. Critics will say quality of teaching has been declining, but I say they are ignoring the quality of administrative capability.
