Also in 100 Back, Emily dropped over 2 and Lillian over 3 sec. Lillian also dropped over a second and a half in 100 Free Catalina dropped over 2 seconds in 500 and a second in 200. Emery PRd in 2IM and dropped 2 seconds in Fly! Ali, Lucy and Chloe all dropped in 100 Breast

Some notable time drops from today: Lauren dropped over 2 seconds in the 200 Free and also PRd in the 100 Sophie dropped 28 seconds in the 500!!! Eliza dropped also 10 seconds in the 500 and another half second back!

All 3 relays also qualified for tomorrow. Gold Conference Swim finals begin at 1pm Saturday in Lee’s Summit!

After the last event, Annica Williams and Catalina Eddy had their swim off in the 200 Free. Not easy competing for a spot against a teammate, but both girls competed well and handled it with class. Catalina won the race and qualified for the B final tomorrow
