I successfully finished a 72 hour sole water fast. Wasn’t expecting this but I lost 10 lbs! . Just had my first meal: scrambled eggs, avocado and a little bacon, habanero sauce, and earl grey tea. Finished the Neverending story book too, which was way more mind blowing than.
