@YetiYeff I start with warm up cardio, I did six exercises, today was chest, shoulders, and triceps. Four sets each, 8-10 reps with only a 10 second cool down in between, then cool down cardio. Tomorrow is back and biceps.

@moneytokez I hid it for 10 years, I was highly motivated to do so. Now I’m motivated for another reason.

@moneytokez I’m definitely walking pretty steady right now, and trust me I’m highly motivated to succeed! I’m pretty stubborn that way.

@moneytokez I’ve got a best friend from the Army who offered to be one of my sponsors. He’s been sober for 12 years.
