big shout out to one of your staff members, a lovely lad at the info/help desk. At 3-4pm he helped my elderly parents who lost a bag whilst we were stuck in traffic! He was so kind and nothing was too much trouble, I didn't get his name. Thank you so much.

He also spent time with the Director of Operations for London Luton Airport.
This is part of the PCC’s commitment to visiting operational policing units.
