This weekend a mega pastor will stand up and tell thousands to be quiet and listen for Gods voice and obey it-As long as it doesn’t contradict Gods word….. Has he read the Bible? 🤦🏽♀️ what could go wrong?

Perhaps my deconstruction started when I was on my way to Costa Rica as a 20 yo and the Calvinist on our missions team let me know his definition of Christian did not include me or most of the group who used our vacation time and $2000 to evangelize while we were going to hell?

Imagine preaching from 1 Samuel 2-4 and never warning the congregation about the real and present danger of clergy abuse. Even the AI knows what that story is about. Why do you think a pastor would do that? 1. Innocent ignorance 2. Intentional malfeasance

An Idaho Republican has filed a bill that would force public schools to read from the King James Bible every day. As a slap in the face to church/state separation, it's called the "School-Sponsored Bible Reading Act."
