Construction has begun on the Varsity Football Field Restroom/Concessions building project. The total of the project is $430,128, which will be paid with leftover funds from the K-12 building project and a $35,000 donation from the athletic boosters.

Mr. Ken Pohlman and Mrs. Donna Crozier were presented with their retirement awards. Mr. Pohlman has served as a bus driver for 7 years. Mrs. Crozier has been with the district for 30 years, where she has served as a bus driver, paraprofessional, and playground aide.

The bond refunding that was started a year ago has been finalized. We were able to capitalize on the current low interest rates and save the taxpayers of Liberty Center School District $3,146,245.75. This is not new money for the district.
