2 things here #1 WIN 1st dwn. #2 know how to play CtoA in the bear by tempoing the back. @TexasTechFB product #56 does a great job of both for the @Seahawks watch the scrap to shuffle to trigger. Big reason why everyday foot work is so important.

Train yourself to play off QBs eyes & Brk on the hand @B1essah feels #3 w/ eye on Q to know where to drift to. When Q hand comes off the ball its a race to the FB. One of the best brks ive seen in the pass game from a young LB @oregonfootball
