@Misskatyusha1 @inkyy_lol It's not possible to get 100% armor pen unless it comes from one source. The game calculates % armor pen multiplicatively giving you diminishing returns (same as armor, magic resist and ability haste). Also shredding armor on a target is a separate thing from a direct source.
