The next ref who calls a taunting or a T on a WBB player for showing emotion, should be suspended one game. If a kid makes a great play & yells at her bench or the crowd- that’s a kid showing emotion.
Taunting is doing that in the direction or in the face of the other team.

Too many schools expect their HC to win, but they are poorly funded, offer a little support, have bad facilities, & really just don’t give a damn.
So they keep cycling through coaches every few years, & get the same results.
better support equals better results!

If a HC uses interest from another school for a contract extension or pay raise, great. I have no issues with that. If the HC takes that offer by another school, great, I have no issues with that. But, then don't get on kids who want to transfer for whatever reasons!

When Mike Leach was fired at Texas Tech, I thought it was a rich, entitled kid, whose father had a big voice, getting a coach fired. Nothing has changed my mind since that time.
