/ In reference to this, I don’t think this excludes him from doing evil shit, I just don’t think he would do evil shit that goes against the interest of his people i.e. harming them for petty reasons/crimes, starting wars unprovoked, etc.
/ I do not believe that he is TRULY evil, but constant works towards the interests of his own country. The only thing that holds him back is his innate hatred of Reed Richards, if he was to let go of that it would truly better him and his people.
