Mulholland Hwy, in the Santa Monica Mountains, is closed between Las Virgenes Rd and Cornell Rd due to heavy mudflow and rockfall on the roadway. Maintenance crews will begin removing rocks, mud and debris once heavy rain has subsided.

The Ballona Creek Trash

The rockslide that caused the closure from Piuma Rd to PCH has been cleared, and the road will reopen at 3 p.m. A big thanks to the road crews who worked around the clock to safely reopen.
