This past weekend, we saw a spike in activity with over a million people visiting the beach. Here is a closer look at the weeks activity according to the statistics:
•Beach Attendance: 1,163,850
•Ocean Rescues: 380
•Medical Aids: 436
•Preventative Actions: 27,896

Please remember beach fires in LA County outside the designated fire pits of Dockweiler State Beach are considered illegal and hazardous to beachgoers. Have fun, but stay safe.
