@SpeedyCreates @btibor91 Sure but it’s still a good Idea to get as rich as you can. There’s going to be an intelligence hierarchy certainly

@SpeedyCreates @btibor91 I think that just says we gotta make as much sustainable income as we can right now so in the future, we can have access to powerful ai

@btibor91 @DaveShapi Deep research specifically is the most tangible thing that people can relate to and want with ai. Most people don’t want to take the effort to talk with ai and want to see it *do* things *for* them

@rosmine_b @TheXeophon I've asked regular o1 about real productivity, but it only gives basic ideas like meditation or deep work(although explained really well about the science), without practical examples. DR, on the other hand, uses real experiences and studies, which I find much more valuable

@rosmine_b @TheXeophon just read it. It's clear that it found genuinely useful info and case studies to illustrate and back up ideas, way more than without DR. Like without DR, asking that question would give roughly the same basic ideas but not really as impactful because it's not backing those ideas

@rosmine_b @TheXeophon your link said "The current top performer, GPT-4, scored 86.4% on MMLU (5-shot)" .... here's what someone posted about deep research and I'm wondering what you think about it?

@rosmine_b @TheXeophon or actually, I think the prompt I just sent might not be good for deep research, lemme figure out another one

@rosmine_b @TheXeophon I would totally use it for advice for medicine, fitness, career development, nutrition, mental health, software engineering, and personal productivity and I feel like additional research would make it 100x better considering those domains have good research and info out there for

@rosmine_b @TheXeophon I created a prompt that might work well for DR. If it performs well, I'll consider a pro subscription. o1 already does a good job, but I'm curious to see how DR handles it. Can you check if it's suitable for DR before querying it? Here's the prompt: thanks

@rosmine_b @TheXeophon thanks! based on your experience, should I ask it how to maximize the use of deep research, explaining it's capabilities to it to help it figure out what I can do? Or should I ask it to explain best practices according to science like how to cook the perfect sunny side up egg?
