Kill
Com for your teammates
Setups
Continue to believe in your ability to help your team win.
Keep making plays
Professional Players out there listen up
If the first thing you do when you wake up is get on for practice.
You are going to fail. No matter how good you are or think you are.
You need to wake up your mind and body.
Unlock your full potential.
First time Coaching

@brax1wnl
@WARDELL416
@RossyUA
@TiGG_TV
incredible group of guys and learned a lot and I hope they learned from me as well.
Coaching people is what I like to do
Hopefully I will get an opportunity to do so again
How I think the Pro city 10's should be ran
Tier 1
Franchise Teams / Challengers
Tier 2
GC teams / top 32(personally think top 15)
Have leader board for tier 2
stats etc
Council looks at Tier 2
See's X player succeeding
Give X player 2 week trial run in tier1
@tarik
The fact that
@MADLions_EN
is letting this nightmare be put out in public is pathetic.
The Coach / Manager should be ashamed of themselves
The players airing this out just shows everyone how immature you actually are and not even close to being a professional.
Laughable
Pro Players listen up.
If all you're doing is showing up to practice. You're not doing enough.
Bringing ideas / strats / setups to practice
Better energy
Server time with teammate
Holding each other accountable
Elevate not only your play but also the team as a whole
Was reading
@thwifo
twitlonger and this line stands out to me
"I stopped doing the things I enjoyed outside the game"
Players out there tunnel vision by dropping everything but just the "game"
That outside environment you created is what helped you be that great player.
This was for everyone. Not just Esports players / streamers. BTW you guys should RT This so everyone sees because there's not enough of this. People don't value their health enough or at all.
Hey everyone! Wanted to let you guys know I am the Director of esports. Performance / Physical Training
@Envy
@dallasempire
@dallasfuel
. Let’s get to work in 2020.
So last night. Girl tells me pretty much me this is your only opportunity to hook up with me because it’s New Years. Told her I don’t stick in my dick in crazy. Great start to the New Year.
I can’t force you to workout. You got to want to change. I can give you all the motivation in the world but that won’t matter if you don’t want to see yourself change.
I appreciate all the DM’s on IG and the emails.. Lots of love going around and I love it. If anyone is having a hard time email me. It’s always nice to talk and help you.
If any esports team's are looking for a Manager / Performance Director. Here's what I can do
Physical / Nutritional Training for players
Establish Standards / Goals
Team Environment Activities and so much more.
If you want to get the best out of your players? Message Me. RT
Let’s be honest here CSGO has been shit for the past 5 years with updates. Did you really think they were magically going to come out with some badass BR MODE? Got a bunch of morons working in that office who haven’t developed a brain.
Me: Quick question do you have any regrets?
Girl: Yea a few.. you?
Me: Likewise.. But I'll have another one If I didn't ask for your name / number to ask you out for a drink.
Be confident.
A lot of Professional Gamers have told me they wake up 30 mins before practice. Does anyone think this is the best way to go? You really expect them to be at their best playing the best players in the America in practice/matches? Organizations need to get their players in check
13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi is easily one of my top 5 movies. If you have not seen it I suggest you go watch it and tell me what you think. True story.
Tier 3 is starting up tomorrow.
1st month
Workout Plan + 2 videos of me doing the workout plus talking about form etc.
2nd Month
Meal plan & Snack ideas
3rd Month
15 Minute Meeting with me discussing progression & new program
RT's appreciated.
If you’re ever curious on why you might be in a slump or missing shots in CS/Valorant/COD/OW. Check how many hours of sleep you’re getting and what types of foods you’re eating. These are big performance factors that you need to be aware of. It’s not “oh I had an off day.”
Hey
@PlayApex
was wondering if you guys ever thought about having Mirages Ult clones run in all directions instead of standing still? I think this would bring more value to Mirage if you guys considered this.
Coaches / Management Listen up
If Professional players are going to bed at 3/4/5 AM even 2 am during the SEASON
and waking up 30 mins before practice
You are failing as a coach / management
Goal for the season = Win Championship
You won't reach that goal If you do whats ^
