tide high as the sun comes up in White Rock. It's -5 to -10 this morning across the Lower Mainland and only up to 1 for a high. More cloud in the PM with a risk of flurries or light snow overnight as a weak low tracks down the coast. #brrr @CityNewsVAN

Fog is still lingering but now the cloud is filling in so when the fog lifts it won't be as fair as Monday. Even a risk of light showers late today and overnight. @CityNewsVAN

If you don't have to drive in it makes for some scenic settings. Just look at White Rock with the Christmas lights refracted in the fog. Fog will break late morning. Partly sunny afternoon with a high of 8. @CityNewsVAN
