weird take - just because there are a lot of individual things to know doesn't automatically make it the "hardest" - WoW PVP is probably the most technical, Dota has more individual things to know vs league and a lot more interactions.

For example, 1 League hero has 4 abilities. 1 Dota hero has 4 basic abilities, 2 "upgraded" abilities via Agh Shard/Agh Scepter (sometimes these are new abilities and the keybinds are D/F, sometimes they are just enhanced versions of base QWER), and Dota has a talent tree

yep, Dota has a vastly better system for literally everything. Pros literally pause the game, go into a demo, test interactions, or test dmg vs certain things, etc, then go back in game and unpause. It happens a whole bunch of times in pro games and even soloq.

even on dota streams on twitch ur able to interact with their UI and you can hover over shit manually - not sure how its done but its dope. replays literally let you watch from their POV and you can see their mouse and clicks and everything as well.

mechanics solely won't prevent someone from reaching high elo - no single part of this game will. as someone who also played in high elo for years I can say mechanics are a big reason autofill players get stomped. no reason to be so definitive.
