The cart is definitely before the horse. I’ll give you that. However, Republicans have house and senate majority. Things have been paused. I feel confident saying USAID will be reformed under more scrutinized rules. I don’t think it will go away though. So my position is that Trump hasn’t done anything other than direct an audit that appears to be calling for changes that Congress will likely approve. Some of the stuff DOGE has found is so egregious it’s like a slap in the face. Can you agree that some of this unfettered USAID needs to stop?
