There has been significant deceit involved here. The vial on the left is what military servicemembers were coerced into taking during the mandate. This vial was under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). It's a clear violation to force anyone to take it, especially given laws like 10 USC 1107A, which specifically protects against such coercion in the Department of Defense. The vial on the right is labeled COMIRNATY, which was presented as an "FDA-approved" product by the DoD over 6 months AFTER the mandate started. However, an "FDA-approved" drug and an "emergency-use" drug do not coexist. Drugs, masks, and testing were "authorized" under an "emergency," specifically because it was an "emergency." If it were all approved, an EUA wouldn't be necessary. The claim that the two vials are "interchangeable" is another violation—one that deserves its own detailed explanation.
