My Dad passed away 8 years ago today. His favorite meal was barbecue baby back ribs. This is the hat he wore when I took him to the Super Bowl! You have to remember who made you who you are! I love you, Dad!

T-minus 3 days and counting until I turn 50 years old. Today's Life Tip is to make the effort to SPEND TIME WITH YOUR PARENTS. My dad died 3 years ago today and I would love to have spent more time with him but too often I didn't make the effort. I miss my parents every day.
