HUGE congrats to the Brenner Lab! Anyone in this space knows how hard CLIA validation is, and this was a heroic effort. We're hard at work collaborating with this team to validate our best-in-class H3K27M ddPCR plasma test. Hoping to offer our test to patients later this year!
A @UMichMedicine lab has begun providing a first-of-its-kind new cancer test developed at U-M. MyHPVscore can detect human papilloma virus-related head and neck cancer by measuring fragments of tumor DNA in a patient’s bloodstream.

Amazing! So happy to host Dani (@DdlaNava) who is a freshly graduated PhD rockstar from the @Alonso_Lab. Dani is using these funds to study biofluids (CSF/plasma) from patients on the IL13Ra2 CAR-T trial to identify patterns of response/resistance. Congrats Dani!
