There's a bit in -1 where they talk about the whole death before dishonor mindset and how careless the Japanese where with their own lives and thats the type shit that just speaks to my soul it reminded me so much of Oshima and Mr lawrence

The human drama was peak in G-1 but personally I kinda prefer what anno did by like breaking down exactly what made him and how he works I like that more than leaving it ambiguous shin is funny too but part from that I still loved -1 maybe more
