🤖👨‍💻🤖ΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΜΑΘΗΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΤΕΧΝΗΤΗ ΝΟΗΜΟΣΥΝΗ ΣΤΗ ΜΕΤΕΩΡΟΛΟΓΙΑ ✅ Οι εφαρμογές τεχνητής νοημοσύνης και μηχανικής μάθησης (AI/ML) έχουν πρόσφατα επεκταθεί δραματικά σε όλους τους τομείς. Η Μηχανική Μάθηση (ML) χρησιμοποιεί πολλά δεδομένα για να παράγει αποτελέσματα και το ECMWF έχει να κάνει με δεδομένα: χρησιμοποιούμε πολλά δεδομένα – δεκάδες εκατομμύρια παρατηρήσεις καιρού την ημέρα – και δημιουργούμε πολλά δεδομένα δημιουργώντας αναλύσεις και προγνώσεις καιρού σε υψηλή ανάλυση. ✅ Παραδοσιακά, χρησιμοποιούμε μεθόδους που βασίζονται στη φυσική για τους υπολογισμούς μας στο Ολοκληρωμένο Σύστημα Πρόβλεψης (IFS). Αυτό ισχύει για την αριθμητική πρόβλεψη καιρού (NWP), τις αναλύσεις του παρελθόντος καιρού και τους ατμοσφαιρικούς υπολογισμούς . Όλοι οι υπολογισμοί απαιτούν μεγάλη υπολογιστική ισχύ για την παραγωγή προβλέψεων υψηλής ποιότητας, με βάση την ακριβή περιγραφή των φυσικών διεργασιών. ✅ Η Μηχανική Μάθηση (ML)  μπορεί να βελτιώσει τους υπολογισμούς μας προσθέτοντας στοιχεία ή αντικαθιστώντας ορισμένα μέρη της προηγούμενης διαδικασίας. Αυτό είναι αυτό που ονομάζουμε "υβριδική» προσέγγιση". Η ML μπορεί επίσης να αντικαταστήσει πλήρως ολόκληρο το μοντέλο, με πολύ χαμηλότερο υπολογιστικό κόστος. Επιπλέον, το AI/ML ανοίγει ορισμένους δρόμους σε άλλες δραστηριότητες στις οποίες συμμετέχουμε, όπως προβλέψεις πλημμύρας, προβλέψεις κινδύνου πυρκαγιάς, παρακολούθηση παρατηρήσεων κ.α . ✅Το πρόγραμμα του ECMWF έχει την Ελληνική ονομασία ANEMOI αλλά ακόμη η ΕΜΥ δεν μετέχει. 🚢🚢ΟΙ ΕΘΝΟΦΥΛΑΚΕΣ ΤΗΣ ΑΝΔΡΟΥ ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΟΥΝ ΤΟΥΣ ΑΚΤΟΠΛΟΟΥΣ... ✅Εδώ και αρκετό καιρό οι 74 εθνοφύλακες της Άνδρου προσπάθησαν με πολλούς τρόπους να βρουν "συμμάχους" στην προσπάθεια τους να λάβουν μια "επιβράβευση" με το να πληρώνουν μειωμένο εισιτήριο στα πλοία για την ένστολη παρουσία τους στα κοινωνικά δρώμενα της Άνδρου. Τους αγνόησαν. Όμως οι ίδιοι συνέχισαν την προσπάθεια τους κι έστειλαν μόνοι τους επιστολή και στις δύο ακτοπλοϊκές εταιρείες που εξυπηρετούν καθημερινά την Άνδρο τις ναυτιλιακές εταιρείες Fast Ferries και Golden Star Ferries. ✅Οι δύο εταιρείες χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη αποδέχτηκαν το αίτημα τους και με την επίδειξη της στρατιωτικής τους ταυτότητας θα πληρώνουν μειωμένο εισιτήριο. ⛈️⛈️⛈️ OVERSHOOTING TOP ✅When a thunderstorm forms, clouds build vertically into the atmosphere until the storm's updraft (warm rising air) has reached an equilibrium level (EL); the point where the surrounding air is about the same temperature or even warmer. This point of equilibrium is often marked by the tropopause. Rather than continuing to rise into the stratosphere, the vertical cloud growth abruptly stops, and instead clouds spread horizontally, forming an "anvil" shape on top of the thunderstorm. ✅An overshooting top forms when a thunderstorm's updraft, due to momentum from rapid ascent and strength of lifting through the free convective layer (FCL), protrudes its equilibrium level, forming a dome-like structure above the anvil. This can occur with any cumulonimbus cloud when instability is high.
