The bicyclist crawled out from underneath the vehicle and continued on foot to Taco Bell. Did not want to miss his job interview.

A special shout-out to our Kokomo Police Department who responded to the north Kroger for a reported child abduction in progress. They arrived very quickly and took the suspect into custody out by the fuel stations. And shout out to the parent who fought with the suspect!

Officers arrived and determined that yes there is a hole in the ceiling and raccoons are falling through. Unfortunately there's nothing that law enforcement can do for the gentleman. He was advised to get ahold of his landlord. Animal control does not deal with wild animals.
