Sorry did not understand. In Kochi too, there is huge land space crunch. The city's main tech parks are filled to the brim, and hence the desperate efforts to add more land under the current IT parks. Problems are there for all cities.

If @AAI_Official / @DGCAIndia remove the rule restricting scheduled foreign cargo operations to only the 6 tier 1 airports, top tier 2 airports like #Kochi, #Ahmedabad and #Pune would get a lot more foreign cargo operations

Even as per CBRE, Kochi had 8th HIGHEST Absorption in India in 2024, above Ahmedabad and at par with Kolkata. Office space supply doesn't come in just like that, it comes because there's demand. Kochi - London service isn't alone in this case. @airindia have decided to stop Mumbai - Melbourne services as well from March 29th due to 787 upgrade procedures. It is thus imperative that we constantly remind the airline about the need to restart by atleast winter schedule
