@OGPantherLilly Grab a partner & lay on the floor, on your back. Have your partner grab your hips on either side and push down, with increasing pressure. If there's instability or intense pain, stop. Also have them push on the mons pubis, as the instability could be central as well.

@OGPantherLilly Unlikely to be a fractured hip imo, especially if it doesn't hurt when you walk - but if it were a fractured hip, that could potentially be a Big Deal™. Definitely get it checked out. Source: I'm an EMT and barely know shit except that broken hips are potentially lethal.
