You mention just one count of his neutral when he has several, DB disrupt is tremendously valuable in conjunction with Zamasu gauge and finally his dmg and durability is very consistent here

@drytoas True, but his disrupt synergy with Zamasu gauge is great due to DB destruction. Up there with the hardest hitting blue and ult rn. 20% dmg support, and for the last time he “approaches” it, not is top 5. Overall I’d have him around 9
