I remember seeing guideline 11 better than 10, & wondering what I’d missed. EPO was a breakthrough, cinacalcet probably not. Both were incredible distractions, & sucked away money that otherwise could pay staff, or, of course, more likely, enrich investors in for-profit dialysis.
