Sirloin Steak: Brush with olive oil, add seasoning of choice, grill on indoor grill for 10 min, remove, let rest for 5 min. Slice and serve with steak sauce of choice.
Asparagus: Steam in microwave for 5 min. Let sit 1 min. Plate.

You have to try it! I got the recipe off Fiona and make it quite often, it’s delicious! If you’re a nut person like I am, substitute half the fruit for chopped walnuts. It’s so simple to make also

~ don’t add too many toppings to avoid a soggy pizza
~ shape onto greaseproof paper and cook directly on oven rack so that direct heat touches the bottom.
~ to cook later in the day, stick topped pizza in the fridge till ready to bake.

The night before, put 300g of the flour, the yeast, salt, oil and 300ml lukewarm water in a bowl. Mix well to form a claggy dough. Cover with clingfilm and leave in a cool-ish place overnight (but not the fridge).

After 30 mins, your dough would have doubled in size. Cut in half for 2 medium size pizzas or 1 extra large one then press down with fingers till it’s a rough circle (start at the middle and work yourself out to the edges).Or roll out using a rolling pin if you fancy!

Time to top! (Toppings of your choice! This particular pizza is topped with chicken, chorizo, red onions, peppers, cheddar, mozzarella)
