The UK will become the first country in the world to roll out a national vaccination programme against Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), protecting infants & older people from becoming seriously ill. RSV accounts for 39,000 hospitalisations each year.

⭐💚 With support from our 'Wish' Ambulance Service and @BetsiCadwaladr’s Hospice at Home team, we were able to grant Paul his wish to watch the Peter Kay Live show. Paul was receiving palliative care treatment after his brain tumour became terminal. 🔗

If you're pregnant, help protect your baby from whooping cough by getting vaccinated – ideally from 16 - 32 weeks pregnant. Immunity from the vaccine passes to your baby protecting them until they are old enough to be vaccinated at 8 weeks old.

The terrible news of 5 infant deaths from #WhoopingCough is a reminder of how deadly this illness can be We urge anyone pregnant in the #WestMidlands to have the #Pertussis vaccine when offered It helps protect your baby in their first weeks of life
