Without doubt one of MHA’s snazziest dressers, hell even during the last war he refused to fight naked. He hates feeling vulnerable and exposed and wants to truly embody success and power. There’s so much more to this character then just being evil, I genuinely believe that.

There is so much untold untapped potential regarding AFO’s criminal empire. He basically ran a brutal Mexican cartel combined with the yakuza if they had superpowers.
The fact this kid who was friends with Bakugo & Deku disappears from their flashbacks & lives while still so young & it’s later confirmed in volume extras that he’s Garaki’s grandson & was turned into the Winged Nomu that targeted his old friend Deku in Hosu. What a bomb to drop.

In his own way he wants everyone to love him. At the very least, obey and fear him. He was born with nothing and wants everything and everyone in the world, hoping that maybe then he’d finally be happy. It’s a tragedy on par with Tenko’s.
