@ZeynabDay He said if he's re-elected with a Democratic Senate and House, he'll do it. You clowns are twisting words again like always.

@michaelshermer Heโll have a 6-3 scotus and a Republican house and senate to do his bidding. Thereโs also no John McCains sticking around to occasionally vote against him on things like ACA, so pretty much anything he wanted to do in his first 100 days is absolutely happening.

@Zebop Spending the last week explaining how they're not responsible for anything is a little bit telling.

@piper4missouri @gothicdisco Racists are really not all that creative. Every bullshit claim they make now you can find a version of going back 60-80 years or more.

@JaneMayerNYer You trashed his family for the last three years, misrepresented his policy and cozied up to Republicans. None of that's normal - nor is expecting cookies just for being members of the press.

@TWLadyGrey I think "voting against their interests" is a phrase we should retire. Their interest is white supremacy, they're absolutely voting for it.

@unionhabibti Just because you're her constituent doesn't mean she has to teach you about diplomatic relations and foreign policy on the spot during a state fair.

@Teh_Snowflake @liesoftheright It wasn't disruptive, it was performative. You clowns are actively undermining your own cause.

@0liviajulianna Um - yeah - you should probably take his advice. It's generally political malpractice to treat with kid gloves a sect of the electorate that rarely, if ever, breaks 30% in a general election.

@VickiInBoston Sounds like people are butthurt by her in academia for the same reasons they were butthurt by her in politics.

@michelle_byoung @_Peter_Cook As if the 2010 midterms and the Tea Party weren't there before Mitt Romney was nominated. It's frustrating as hell watching the GOP rewrite the history of just 10 years ago and people already falling for it.
2
13
94
@billintheburbs @GregProops So Kamala who was elected in a state thatโs 1/8 of the country is unelectable but we should nominate someone whoโs never won statewide? Do you clowns hear yourselves?.

@BlueSteelDC People always want an alternative until theyโre given one. Tired of pollsters acting like they were born yesterday every time they find this out.

@TonyMoonbeam Didnโt see it the first time but the A flag is basically the classic wink and nod that this is yet another RW infiltration op.

@0liviajulianna Ryan ignored the Black voters in Ohio that he needed to win and instead chased after rural whites. Not saying his campaign sucked, but he took for granted the people he absolutely needed to turn out for him.

@Bakari_Sellers @tify330 Praising fascists seems to be your strong point, Bakari. Maybe you should ditch journalism and run for office again - as a Republican this time. Hell, if they still like you at Politico maybe theyโll even be your fixers while youโre in office.

@thestustustudio Theyโve given away that the whole (bowel) movement is one big temper tantrum. This clown will be less influential than Lyndon LaRouche - and probably more hated.

@lensless1221 Peak leftism. I think the Midwest princess posting four videos to clarify her own bullshit position is a bit more of a liability - not to mention a bigger tantrum.

@GrignetSarah It actually makes you comparing yourselves to the civil rights movement that much more insane - as you're doing it again with zero regard for who has to pick up after your mess. Go fuck yourself - hard.

@JoJoFromJerz The fact that we havenโt had a consistent Republican speaker (more than two terms) after 2007 is proof that Nancy had a hell of a tough job and did it rather well.

@admiralmpj It's not shifting. It's what a lot of people like Sofie have wanted all along and they're just not shy about it anymore.

@JustMein937 @SherylCole1 @vrijmetselaar56 @JoeBiden @AustinYoungDems Would be tough to do - most of those are state laws. Hoping Texas has the sense to boot Abbott out of there in '22.

@hecubian_devil You do realize you'd outnumber them and win if you didn't throw a tantrum about having to vote every year, right?.

@OLightworker You've been Dem Exiting since 2018 at least. You don't get to say it every year.

@EdKrassen It's not hypocrisy. It's worse. Authoritarianism explicitly dictates that one group of people gets privileges and rights that the other doesn't. The GOP has been all over this for a long time.

@HumanistReport Uh wrong - you're butthurt that this is connecting with the average voter way more than anything Marianne has said in the last four years.

@fairylilymyth It's an incredible level of entitlement. Somehow they're convinced through political media or other means that they themselves can use magic wands to fix things that Dems have been working on for 90+ years. It's akin to watching an NBA game and demanding they draft you to play.

@pmalston @Socdem_Michael Took a once in a century pandemic to get swing voters to decide Trump shouldn't be trusted - but now they all want that pre-pandemic economy back and blame us for the lockdowns.

@0liviajulianna It was pretty thinly disguised bigotry. McCain was actually โnot born hereโ as he was born in Panama and birthers had zero issues with that, so it should tell you everything you need to know.

@Facts0601 And they adopt RW talking points - not even waiting a year in some cases. They're controlled opposition and don't even care.

@mangosocialism So can we take this as an admission that you haven't voted since 2020? Because. then you shouldn't be lamenting "voting harder" at all. You only occasionally do.

@talmonsmith That just means you're hopelessly bad at your jobs. It's not really a surprise people already hate you. Bragging that you don't even understand the basic tenements of your cushy job and you'll prob never get fired for it is def a way to win them over.

@TuckeredCarlson @layneashley222 A big reason there were that many Dems is bc they got elected in places like MT and ND by being blue dog centrists AND Dubya screwing up royally in his 2d term. You canโt get elected in WV or ND being pro choice - then or now.

@girlgeek_rva @ClistonBrown @seskoog Republicans have been awful for at least the last 60 years - MAGA is just the craziness distilled.

@SwannMarcus89 It also takes things for granted like the fact that a whole family typically relied on one car and like 10% of people went to college. A family definitely didnโt prioritize college spending like they did in the 80s.

@notcapnamerica When I lived there, I rather quickly adapted to the mentality of: "Well, it's only 95 out now - not that bad." However, that doesn't quite apply to Phoenix, where it can hit 105 at night and the wind is basically a hair dryer. LOL.

@borderlinesmart It was a staged photo op. These clowns fall hook, line and sinker for anything. They did the exact same shit for the Tea Party astroturf job.

Uh. thanks to this dude, LGBT folks were no longer asked their orientation when serving in the military. Oh, and he also made funding AIDS antiretroviral therapy a thing. That was like 30 years ago.
The Democrats only came around to thinking gay people should have equal rights like 10 years ago after a decades long gay rights movement swayed public opinion. All of the party's current leaders were vocally opposed to gay rights before then. Do people not remember this???.

@WelchRobII They just surround themselves with people that largely agree on things like Medicare for All or the Green New Deal or Defund, so it blows their minds to find out that people who actually vote largely don't support slogans for policy.

@Jay_McGill94 2023: Democratic Governor of Kentucky wins reelection while Democrats flip the House of Delegates in Virginia and increase seats in the assembly and senate in New Jersey while only losing a race in Mississippi by four points.
